    KERCHIN cooked food department has two production bases in Tongliao and Nanyang respectively, with a comprehensive annual production capacity of ten thousands of tons.

    Food processing enterprise and production base specialized in research and development, production and sales of cooked beef products, with a comprehensive annual capacity of 10,000 tons.

    KERCHIN cooked food department is the main outlet to display and sell Kerchin cooked beef, connecting various commercial channels and extending KERCHIN brand and product sales.

    The 6 main product series contain air dried beef, sauced beef, Sichuan flavor snacks, roasted thin beef slices, beef sausage and dairy product including over 130 different sorts.

    Kerchin Company has built a high standard platform in hardware, and has a modern enterprise management mode in software.

    The production lines of the company fully meet EU food hygiene standards, and the technology and equipment reach the world advanced level.

    In order to ensure the quality and hygiene of the products, the company introduced four advanced systems including livestock automatic tracing system, automatic grading system, automatic vacuum collection & transportation system and PLC fully-control system, adopting advanced techniques such as horizontally transportation and aging, importing advanced intelligent cutting, deboning and packing production line.

    The processing workshop now has 5 lines for different product series including chilled and frozen beef, beef by products, beef steak and quick-frozen beef.

    Up to now, KERCHIN has developed hundreds of various products to fulfill the demands from the market.

    Each piece of beef goes through more than 30 procedures and eight quarantines:

    Pre-mortem quarantine, illegal substance inspection (clenbuterol), head inspection, white offal inspection, red offal inspection, carcass inspection, metal detection, meat temperature check and delivery inspection.

    At present, the company has the capacity of slaughtering 300000 heads of cattle to produce 60000 tons of chilled & frozen beef per year.

    The company has set up HACCP food safety and quality control system to strictly ensure product quality and safety!
